Key Responsibilities:

As Chef Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the staff restaurant, including:

• Leading and managing a small team of one Chef and two General Assistants
• Overseeing breakfast and lunch service, catering for approximately 20 breakfast and 100 lunch covers daily
• Managing food ordering, stock control and financial performance
• Creating staff rotas and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
• Building strong relationships with the client and maintaining high service standards

What we're looking for:

We're keen to hear from candidates who enjoy leading a team and taking ownership of a catering operation.

• Previous experience in a Chef Manager or Catering Manager position
• Contract catering experience preferred
• Strong organisational and financial management skills
• Confident leading, motivating and developing a small team
• A passion for delivering quality food and excellent customer service
